Frequently Asked Questions

Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. Your first conversation is free and there’s no obligation. We use it to understand your situation and the services you need.

How much will it cost?
Every situation is different, so after your consultation you’ll receive a clear, written quote before any work begins.

What should I bring?
Your tax slips, receipts for deductions and credits, last year’s Notice of Assessment and any recent CRA letters. We’ll let you know exactly what’s needed for your situation.

Can we meet virtually?
Absolutely. Meet in person in Embrun or by phone or video, and share documents securely online.

Do you work with clients outside Embrun?
Yes. We serve clients throughout Eastern Ontario and across Canada.

I’m behind on my filings. Can you help?
Yes. We can catch up on past years and, where it makes sense, apply to the CRA’s Voluntary Disclosures Program to help reduce penalties and interest.
